I hereby certify in accordance with section 88(2)(e) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 as amended, the group has lodged with the Registrar of Companies all such returns as are required of a public company in terms of this Act and that all such returns are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true, correct and up to date.

I further hereby certify that Telkom SA SOC Limited and its directors have, during the 12 months ended 31 March 2015, complied with all JSE Listings Requirements and every disclosure requirement for continued listing on the JSE imposed by the JSE Limited during that period.
